Group Block fares
Available for groups of 10 or more traveling to and from the same place.
- Can be booked up to 11 months in advance to American Airlines and oneworld® destinations
- 1 free name change per ticket up to 48 hours before to departure
- No minimum stay required
Leaving from different places?
Zone fares
Available for groups of 10 or more traveling from different places to the same one. Zone fares can be booked for travel starting in the U.S. or Canada to destinations in:
- North America
- Europe
- Caribbean
- Latin America
- Pacific
Meeting and conference discounts
Discounts are available for attendees traveling to meetings, conferences and trade shows. To qualify, the meeting or conference must have at least 40 potential attendees; not all are required to be travelers. Discount codes only apply to published fares on aa.com (excluding Basic Economy and / or non-discountable fares).
